For a decade, I have worked with adults and adolescents struggling with addiction, grief, life transitions, and emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns. I offer addiction counseling and services, mental health counseling, and therapeutic support services.
I have 13 years in long-term recovery and I am a survivor of Stage IV breast cancer. My personal experiences, in conjunction with my professional skills and credentials (listed below), make me uniquely effective at helping people navigate addiction, grief, loss, cancer, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other life challenges.
I aim to help individuals gain self-awareness, develop coping skills, and build confidence in navigating life’s difficulties.
